As said in the title they are from the Roswell Crash in 1947 which everybody heard about. Apparently it looks like greys, it's is quite similar to the ones in the soviet union from here

It claims that the photos were taken from a black and white screen probably from a lab where these aliens were taken to.

I know there is a video with this stuff and I read that the author it was fake to make it took inspiration from a real video with an alien.

These are fake. Unfortunately the real ones never made it to the web.
