I found this when searching through the forum for addiction:

It originally read to drink alcohol but I changed it to take drugs. My question is when would be the best time to start this? Should I wait until after mercury retrograde?
And does the planetary hour matter when doing this? I know the RTR is best done during the hour of Saturn, would a working like this be affected by which hour it's done in?
