I started removing astral links, I did it in the last two days and will continue doing it for a week or so. But I already noticed that I removed or at least strongly weakened a link to my heart chakra. I am going to be more openly against him from now on. So thank you for your advice

Actually wait. I didn't read the entirety of your post and I replied quickly. This seems to be a very complex situation. I replied under the impression that the friends also wanted him gone but it seems that's not the case.

In your case you have to put an aura of revulsion on yourself and your friends to keep this jew away. The working goes like this,

You have to infuse violent runes into their Aura like Thurisaz,Hagalaz and at last isa. Use these in combination. After doing these clean yourself thoroughly using VREEM or VISHUDDHI.
