Requesting advice on how to receive success in academics with ADD

Can't stand classrooms that much although I've noticed meditation did help.


I need some advice on how to really excel in school though, I sometimes just can't bring myself to sit down and study. Any recommendations, meditations you guys may suggest, anything?

Also I noticed that while on NoFap I no longer seem to have as much brain fog as before, so that is also helping, but still, I need advice as I'm taking advanced science courses in all the sciences (chem, bio, math, physics) and need help.

Also apologies if this is too much but is there something that I could do to ask Satan for which college major I could possibly excel in and bring the most value to my life from? I'm a generally very indecisive person so I feel like I'm always subject to change in majors, but I don't want that to happen in college.

I actually believe this too, I feel like there's nothing wrong with us but we just didn't evolve to live such unnatural lives, and this manifests in the form of "mental illness" or disability.

That is not to say civilization is bad, but I feel like the 1800s as far as agriculture, living situation and scientific advancements was the best era. They lived in nature pretty much, they still were connected to the Earth and didn't pollute the living fuck out of the planet just yet, but then again this is all just speculation.

I appreciate your Reddit advice. While I do enjoy Reddit as it's my favorite "social media" as I find people on there to be mature, your comment helped me realize that lots of people on Reddit are entitled and egoistical and believes that the reason they're not succeeding is because they haven't done certain things (NoFap, Working out, etc...)

But wouldn't wet dreams give the exact effect/feeling/benefits of masturbation? I can't exactly have sex unfortunately because I'm underage, and I don't really live in an environment which supports this. I live in a conservative society where the only viable way to have sex is either through marriage or blowing big money on secret prostitutes, which doesn't interest me at all.

And yes, you're right, I feel like shit whenever I ejaculate too. No motivation, no drive, ambition, nothing. It's like taking a depressing pill, but ironically I do it because I already feel depressed and the bit of dopamine is the least stimulating thing I could have, but it's still "something."

I suppose I'll stick to masturbating once a week WHEN I feel like it, and through my imagination. I masturbated previously to kill time, out of boredom, but I'll try to do better.

Having wet dreams in itself is very commonly a sign that your body isn't getting enough sexual release. I never said you'd need to actually have sex with another person. Just normal masturbation is already a good start, especially when sex with proper and clean partners isn't an option in your current situation.
Now, if by "wet dreams" you meant that you find yourself fantasizing about sex even during the day, or while masturbating, then this would be a great thing. It's very healthy to use only your own imagination in masturbation, as opposed to pornography. Just make sure you fantasize about clean and healthy sex, of course.

This is apparently a rather common thing. I very highly doubt that this is because of any "too high" amounts of masturbation, though. From my own experience, while masturbation never really made me feel "bad" per say, it did indeed commonly make me feel exhausted in the past, regardless of how much or little I did it, and regardless of what time I did it at. This was due to traumas I had regarding sexual things and orgasm in general, and is rather common in people who were sexually abused a lot in their past lives (or even in this life, too).

I would highly recommend you to do a simple cleaning working with Visuddhi to remove any traumas from your 2nd chakra. This should naturally make your sexdrive more healthy over time and stop those feelings of depression from appearing whenever you have an orgasm. Just vibrate "Visuddhi" 27 times, or 54 times or 90 times depending on how much you can handle. I actually find reddit to be filled with total degenerates and the most pathetic people ever, it gives me a headache to read anything from there.

There's nothing wrong with masturbating often. Some people just have a higher sex drive. There's absolutely no shame in something like that and, in most cases, a high sex drive is healthy.

Try and think. Why do you feel that way when you masturbate? It's not normal. Orgasms should feel pleasurable, not like a chore.

And when it comes to studying...

Discipline. You need to bring discipline to your mind and your habits. I have an active mind and it can be difficult at times to keep my thoughts on one thing instead of allowing them to wander. But through practice and discipline, you will learn how to properly focus.

You also need to learn how to actually study efficiently.

It takes effort. And time. Studying isn't easy or exactly pleasant most of the time.

To extend upon this, nearly every single medical treatment is not conducive to health, because it targets symptoms, not causes of disease. To test this theory, simply ask medical professionals what the cause of the disease in question is, and how the drug interacts with it. Corroborate this with your own research. Medicine has been corrupted into a business that needs people to be sick to survive. Doctors would ideally be health consultants that would aid in lifestyle adjustments, not dispensers to treat your symptoms (while avoiding the pathological lifestyles).

If sick, try fasting, light exercise, fresh air, sunlight, and sleep, and you will be amazed by how well the body can cure itself.

If you want to go for something that is easy on your body, then eat light meals, and meals that are packed with vitamins. Also, drink warm tea with high-quality honey and fresh lemon juice. You'd be surprised how good it is for your body.

There are big differences between "fasting", "intermittent fasting", and "eating light meals". When you talk about "fasting" specifically, then people will take this as "not eating anything".
In that case, we did not mean the same thing in any way. Reducing digestion work is one thing, but doing so at the cost of denying your body the nutrients it needs, is another thing entirely.
