Hello I'd like to start a working that has the scope of causing a person to be obsessed with something. I see Pluto rules obsession and is now retrograde, but it will get back direct on the 3rd of October. It will be in Capricorn on such date. I am no expert in Astrology, so I am wondering when will the best time to start this working about obsession?
