Hi,
which energies can you put into RTRs?
I heared you can use anger, but I am not an angry person (I am not angry most of the time, when I am I am not letting it out)
Can you use some other emotions too? For example if you have a bad feeling about something you are regretting or feel grief can you put it into the RTR?
