What is your opinion on the meaning of this symbol? I am sure there is some spiritual meaning in this.

The union of the opposites, the IGA and the pingala, the Shiva and the Shakti, the man and the woman, the left brain and the right brain, the lower triangle and the upper triangle,.

this symbol is exactly what it is, with the ascréscimo of an animal terrestrial ...
Why do you test us ?! Larissa! You know very well what it means ...

According to Wikipaedia,

Uruk (/ˈuːrʊk/; Cuneiform: URUUNUG; Sumerian: Unug; Akkadian: Uruk; Arabic: وركاء or أوروك‎, Warkāʼ or Auruk; Aramaic/Hebrew: אֶרֶךְ ʼÉreḵ; Ancient Greek: Ὀρχόη, romanized: Orkhoē, Ὀρέχ Orekh, Ὠρύγεια Ōrugeia) was an ancient city of Sumer (and later of Babylonia), situated east of the present bed of the Euphrates river, on the dried-up, ancient channel of the Euphrates, some 30 km east of modern Samawah, Al-Muthannā, Iraq.[1]

That entry also mentions a temple of LADY Inanna (Astaroth). As per Uruk, it might also have some connection with the epic of Gilgamesh and Enkidu.

The ring / (Modern impression. This design is also sometimes qualified as a monstrous lioness), could be a symbol for kundalini the lions long necks, thear tail locks like a hearth with the symbol between them. kundalini + hearth, we know the hearth is in the head it explained how the two kundalini "snakes" meat and seperate again. Somewhere here it was well explained/ written which chakras are involved and in which sequence etc(use search funktion).

could also stand for 8 = ∞ cycle of reincarnation.

this one reminds me of the 8 point star / star of Ishtar if you count all the peaks and count the place where they start and merge again, you also have 8 peaks.

The 8 point star /star of ishtar has the following meaning :

"Eight Fold Path:

1- Asanas: Physical Position: Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, The Five TIbetans & Tai Chi.
2- Pranayama: Breathing Exercises .
3- Dhyana: Meditation.
4- Mantras: Vibration of words of Power.
5- Yantras: Meditation upon Sigils and Symbols ( Used along with Vibration of Mantras )
6- Mudras: Hand Positions which activate the Vril.
7- Bandhas: Energy Locks which stimulate and direct the serpent.
8- Maithuna: Sexual Activity ( Orgams very important ..)"

I think it symbolizes the raising of kundalini.

You can see some resemblance in Caduceus

I think she was just genuinely asking a question. Relax

If you want to get more specific this symbol except of the Ida and Pigala, corresponds to the lower Dan Tien and this region of the Ida-Pigala.

But is the lower dan tien both the solar chakra and the sacral or is only one of them? This is what i can't understand.

I'm surprised you got to ask lol,
this a common symbol for unity been the opposites, male/female ida/pigala etc.
It's seen in the staff of Hermes who's Mercury, and Mercury rules the heart chakra which unties the top female chakras to the lower masculine chakras.
