I don't think there is some one to help you in that i coudn't find anything but you should only ask a demon for help if you need it and you also need to give something in return.
So if you want to be better at cooking you could do a working or program your subcounscious for mastery in cooking.
An example of affirmation is
"I am a master cooking chief and i make extraordinary good food in a creative and safe way that is giving me great success in my life" you can also add to the end completely and permanently or as long as i wan't it or need it.
