Curing depression by growing and experiencing:
First we need to start by uprooting and remedying a serious situation that many times is the main cause of our depression and unhappiness, I am referring of course to a lack of spiritual energy, ability and experience in how to express it. Many practitioners find themselves in a rut and even if they have been with us for many years there are often situations and hangups that take time to overcome and can be very stressful to endure. The best way to get through this is by establishing solitude and following up by using the most effective means of building power. Vibration. After these processes we can begin cultivating blue Satanic energy in our souls. As Satanic energy can be intense it is wise to be dedicated first before attempting to use Satanic energy.
Many times beginners and others that have doubts can be held back by failures and mistakes. Many times its because they are trying to accomplish something that is out of their range of abilities at the moment and this very short program is designed to help overcome this in different ways.
The four main goals of this short program are to:
1. Increase your spiritual prowess by establishing a lasting solitude for you to meditate in and by building and cleaning your aura.
2. Deeply connect you to pure Satanic energy.
3. Increase your spiritual prowess by teaching yourself how to combine methods of building energy to produce greater results.
4. Increase your confidence as a spell caster by giving you a means of measuring your own spiritual power while helping to encourage your relationship between you and your Guardian Demon.

First you need to be able to set the ground rules on a time slot. Lets say 8PM until 9PM. Now this is only an example and any time slot that suits you can work but you have to keep it consistent so there are no slip ups or confusion at all. Same time every day. Use this time daily and you wont regret it. By constantly sticking to the time slot you selected you begin to form what may well be the very best habit of your life and really start making progress. Now if you live with others its important to explain to them that this time means a lot to you and there are many ways in which to do this. You might even say that you are experimenting with deep relaxation and that by resting at this time daily you find that you feel more energized on a daily basis. Whats important here is that you make sure that this time slot is yours and that you wont be disturbed at all.
Lets begin the first working then: Easy Empowerment for your aura
Vibrate Suryayae (SS-UUUU-RRRR-YAH-YAY) into your aura x108 and affirm: "My aura is permanently always powerful and clean in a safe and positive way!" affirm this x7 remember to affirm like this after you have done all x108 vibrations of Suryayae not before. Try to visualize yourself shinning in a sun like light when you affirm. This may seem like a minimal effort but it is quite effective provided that you keep doing it.
Now this should of course be done for no less than 40 days in a row at the same time daily. This can raise your energy and carries many benefits. Now it really helps to put up a calendar on your wall and mark the days off as you go. It can be very rewarding to look back on this and see how much of the year is spent making meaningful improvements on your soul while at the same time just being an easy way to keep track of the days left on the meditations you are doing.

Once you have completed the first working at least once you can start working on cultivating Blue Satanic Energy. This has many benefits and can change your life and even help to protect you. All you need to do is visualize yourself in the Pure Blue Satanic Energy of the universe and breathe it in for at least 15 minutes straight daily during your selected time slot and affirm: "This Pure Blue Satanic Energy is thriving within me in a safe and positive way!" affirm this x7 after each session. This is energy breathing and is well worth it. Once again this is a working that should be done for no less than 40 days straight in the same time slot.
Expressing your spiritual power:
This is built off of a post that was shared by a member of these groups some time ago and after trying it myself I found it to be an excellent way to test my own abilities and practice energy breathing, vibrating runes and God names and directing energy in a way that brings us closer to our Guardians. This can be a very rewarding experience and this is something that can help you grow as an SS. Now if you don't know who your Guardian Demon is just yet you can send it to Father Satan himself. This also helps combat depression as it is another way that any one of us can be helpful and this fights the feeling that we are only bringing problems to the forces of Hell.
Giving Energy To The Powers Of Hell:
1. Collect white-gold energy by energy breathing it into a ball. Keep doing so until you feel that it is strong on its own.
2. Visualize the white-gold energy ball in the universal ocean of Satanic blue energy and breathe this blue energy into the white-gold ball filling and coloring it with the Satanic Blue completely. Keep doing so until you are confident in its power.

If you want to give some of the powerful Satanic blue energy you have cultivated in your soul then you can visualize the Satanic blue energy in your soul pour out like a beam of blue from you directly into the energy ball expanding it and making it an even more intense blue.
3. Vibrate Sowilo x16 into the ball of Satanic blue energy.
4. Vibrate Aum-Suryae x13 into the ball of Satanic blue energy.
5. Bring the energy ball right between your hands and vibrate Your Guardian Demons name into it. Do so letter per letter. For example S - A - T - A - N with a breath between each letter. Vibrate the name like this x20 into the Satanic blue ball.
6. Now exhale hard and know that the ball of energy is doing its job.
