Mixed, and not "White" for the most part, as Arabs is a term for people on a broad range of territory over the earth. Only few cases are 'almost white' or 'very close to white', but they are not really White.
And they do not have to be, as the matter is biological and there is nothing more 'moral' of them being 'white', and trying to constantly 'whiten' the Arabs. Many would also consider this insulting and with good reason.
At this point, Arabs do describe a race of their own, that is, Arabs.
Arabs are Arabs, and they range from "Close to white" (predominant or at least very visible White influence), to "very white", down to some being like Africans. Some also have Asiatic influences on regions closer to Asia.
The idea that they were any different came from the nasty habit of some here to call "Arabs" White or Yezidis "White" while they clearly are not, just to prove whatever. Yezidis do in reality have a little white blood, and they are not really "White" of a group, but religiously.
Being a closed religious community, they also have not mixed for a very long time, which in plain slang means they have at least for centuries not being "Whiter" and later somehow magically changed. They were Arabs and that's fine. They have had some 'white' blood from sometime in them, as do many other "Arabs", but presently, they are a wholly different group, same as other Arabs.
Arabs are closer genetically all to one another than they are to a German or Irish person.
Few Arabs, like Assad, are on the "White Mediterranean" category, but that is not the rule but the exception when one terms people as "Arabic".
This toxic misrepresentation aside many others has caused problems into an otherwise very clear topic.
