I've been wanting to start doing again this as it does wonders for the skin and lymphatic system.
Only problem is, I can't seem to find an accurate way to do it (which is why I stopped in the first place)
The premise is simple, starting with the feet and working towards the neck, brush towards your heart with a soft natural bristle brush. But a lot of sources say different things like where you can/can't dry brush and for how long.
Just wondering if anybody knew or had experience with this?
P.s. Unrelated, just wanted to say if it hasn't been mentioned already, wooden hairbrushes are amazing lol I've been trying to grow out my hair and the wooden brush I have really helps with volume and frizz. It's better than any plastic one I've had.
