There are many benefits for void meditation. Void meditation trains us to master our thoughts and our focus, this is what will be crucial when it comes to more advanced magick down the line. If you struggle to properly direct or silence your mind to focus when it comes to certain spells, chances are you can mess up, it won't be very effective or it may even backfire on you. Void also helps you shut off unwanted thoughts and to block out the words/voices of enemy entities which will be very useful when it comes to opening up your astral hearing. Mastering void meditation can take years and years and years, it is not easy but the sooner you start the better. This is why it is one of the first things newer members should be practicing alongside their aura of protection and foundation meditation.

Power meditations have to do with expanding our abilities like working a muscle to make it stronger. Doing power meditations on a daily basis will naturally strengthen your aura to protect you against harmful energies. Over time they will also naturally give you more energy to work with so that workings and spells are more efficient and effective, and will amplify the energy of your chakras over time.

You can always make one out of arts and crafts store.

Also you do not need a rosary if you think about it.

You can use finger pads, each finger contains 3 pads, 3 x 3 =9, 3 x 4 = 12. So counting with your thumb pressing into the pads can give you a counter. On the other hand you count pad per pad.

So basically 12, 24, 36 first index finger, middle finger 48, 60, 72, then ring finger 84, 96, 108.

Notice the pattern jump by 12 or any number really as long as you pay attention you can counter a lot with your finger pads.
