Genesis 1:1
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."
Cuts us off from knowing the crown and base chakras are within ourselves.
Genesis 2:16-17
"You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die."
Direct threat against acquiring spiritual power and activating the pineal gland/third eye, forbids the exact meditation that opens one to spiritual knowledge.
