Hello my brerhern ,please I need help ,at first I taught that that our chakras are only seven ,but lucky I hear high priestess soutlaw tell someone to open his front and back chakras,so I search the meditation and I saw every chakra have three chakras except our crown chakra.but please how do we open this ,do we use the same mantras or runes to open them. Example we use ssssss to open our base chakras. The chakras power the soul so putting them as a priority will advance you at a good rate. I always put the most focus on my chakras when I meditate. That is just what feels right for me. Breathing exercises and Yoga are important too. You can ask your GD or the gods to lead you to meditations that are best for you and in accordance to what you need to work on.
