Lizards dreams, help interpret

First time in my life I saw lizards everywhere in dream last night, I was running away to hide, I hid into tank maybe a water tank and they were their too. They resembled that desert corrupted being lizard... I also saw my CAR mysteriously had dents out of nowhere even thought it had no accident....

is UK safe for the next few years, what you think :? I'm in the UK now, pursuing master degree. Obviously India wasn't safe for me lol due to some unnecessary hardship caused by a stupid greedy idiot which is just a harassment and it is of no importance as it can't harm me in any way or stagnate me. STONE PROBLEM

About kidney stones, since yesterday I've been feeling mild ache on right kidney..maybe cuz I have not been drinking enough water. Less than I used to though I walk alot now so i need to drink more. But the weather is little cold here. rarely feeling thirsty and the water is tap water so i boil it in the kettle first before drinking. But since my lifestyle suddenly changed due to walking alot and alooooot and i think i'm not having much discomfort with the stones like i used to.

Some things about the UK.

I've been seeing vegan label on every other food package, even on tea biscuits. It scares me. I had some cous-cous food vegan.. I thought it was rice as it looked like and tasted like rice lol.

Had a ready made packed chicken food and it kind of peeled off my tongue skin for 3-4 days...it was minor but painful while eating. red spots on tongue like blisters.

Food in the UK is shit.
People even students here smoke alot on the public roads while passing by and i think it should not be permitted to smoke in public on the roads walking by as some people feel suffocated cuz of this smoke like myself.

In my country, vehilcles pollute the air, In the UK cigrettes smoking pollutes the air.
