Increasing Astral and Physical Perceptions via Elemental Contact
These exercises help increase both your physical and astral senses,
it is recommended that you focus about 10 minutes on each one for
about 2 weeks, and from then on do a minute a day. It isn't much when
you see the benefits that they bring.
Sight
1)Imagine yourself in front of a roaring bonfire.
2)See the light coming off of it, it should be a white-gold in
colour
3)Absorb this light into your eyes
4)A tingling feeling should begin, this shows you are doing
this correctly
Hearing
1)Imagine yourself floating high in the sky
2)Feel the lightness, and hear the sounds all around you.
3)Focus on the sounds as the noise energy is absorbed into your
ears.
4)Your ears, inner and outer should begin to tingle. This shows
you are doing the exercise correctly.
Touch
1)Feel yourself lying down on the ground in the woods. Then,
slowly sink down into the ground until you are completely submerged
in earth.
2)Feel the pressure all over your body
3)Focus on the feeling of the earth energy being absorbed into
your skin
4)You should get a tingly feeling all over your skin; this
shows you are doing the exercise correctly.
Smell
1)Feel yourself lying down on the ground in the woods. Then,
slowly sink down into the ground until you are completely submerged
in earth.

your nose and sinuses

2)Open your mouth, and let the water saturated with earth
energy flow into your mouth
3)Focus on the taste of the earth energy, feel it playing over
your tongue.
4)You should get a tingly feeling all over your tongue; this
shows you've performed the exercise correctly.
