On the JoS website, there are many methods to heal. You also should take the time to empower your soul.

Empowering ma soul how! if am not mistaken have been doing a meditation for protection breathing in are white gold energy every day and have been feeling ma soul/Aura feeling sumtic like heat glowing more every day it seems I ll fail if I tell her to send the photo and even that's slugs(ma=my) thx in advance blessings

This isn't to say that i read Aura only on joyofS I really take my time to study Ts because when we begin magic i see Aura is mainly for beginners....so you want me to rush up to the advanced magic which I can't understand now i think i should begin on easy things as i advance then i move on.....and its really not cool at all to call me a clown i thought i came here to learn as father Satan directed me but its ok i understand that's how those who are advanced show off to Us.......blessings to'ya all
