Also are there any particular musical demons that I could summon?

You should meditate every day. At whatever time is most powerful for the meditations you're doing. And if not in those times. Whenever you can.

Power meditation is only going to take effect if you're consistant about it.

Take a read of the Demons section on the JoS. Your answer is there.
