I'm a 28-year-old male.

I used to look just fine, I am tall, have a pronounced jaw and cheekbones.

But my hair has gotten awful with age, I have severe bald spots on my temples. Like a high elf from skyrim or something.

I drink vitamin complexes, do sports, use meszoroler - no result.

I know that if I go to a trichologist - he will prescribe hormonal drugs or chemical serums - which can cause problems with the genitals or if they are canceled I can go completely bald even worse.

Maybe there are other ways? A venus square might help? A rune? I was thinking of using the rune of iss to block DHT production, is this possible or a bad idea?

If you want to use a rune to block DHT. Why don’t you get a DHT blocker instead?

I don’t think a Venus square would help you to the extent you’d need.

Unfortunately, male pattern baldness can’t be cured. You’ll have to take a DHT blocker like Finasteride and also use Minoxidil and you’ll have to stay on it long-term/for life.

I've already ordered minoxidil, I hope it will help and won't cause a sharp reverse effect in the future if I lose access to it for some reason (for example, I decide to go to the forest or the village, I don't know, and I forget to take it with me). But I definitely won't dare to try finasteride - I've studied many forums dedicated to this problem and people write about terrible side effects from it, such as lack of orgasm or even just arousal, and hair growth is only 5-10%, which is simply ridiculous given such terrible side effects. I'll try something natural for now, like saw palmetto, cucurmin, L-lysine, fenugreek, and I hope this will have at least a small effect of blocking DHT... So far, with these "natural" supplements, I've managed to stop and even grow a few thin, unstable hairs in places where there weren't any before. This doesn't solve the problem, but it's better than nothing and worsening... It's extremely sad that nothing has been invented that's truly effective against this; being bald just doesn't suit me... please send this like reply on thread i write to title
