Can anybody recommend a meditation schedule for a beginner?

So I have completed most of the "opening the soul" meditations. If you complete the base chakra meditation, will that be enough to stimulate the Kundalini to rise? I dont think my bio-electricity is enough to handle it yet so im just wondering so I know when to do it.

Hello sorry to bother again but what does Azezel mean by the different levels? I dont exactly understand how to preform this excersice.

I have preformed the dedication ritual and i have meditated on my clairaudience points and i cannot hear anything. Can anybody recommend something else to help me?
