hey all, I've been thinking about a situation that might take place in the future (4 months more or less) and the way things are going I know they will be far from the best. Nothing is set in stone neither this involves the law or anything of the sort, also there are alternatives to this, but what would be the best rune or runes to prevent something from happening? As there are other ways, lets say, which runes can I use to aid and take route B, so to speak.

If anyone has had some sort of experience on something similar.

The answer to this question is very broad as it just depends on what the circumstances of this are.

Reflect on the situation you are trying to prevent, and use the runes that are most energetically in tune with what you are doing the working for.

Once you have the rune that is most conductive to the working, just focus on forming the best affirmation for it to prevent whatever this may be from happening.

Runes like Ansuz reflect creativity and change. Dagaz reflects a drastic change. Jera reflects a slow change and increases the "bounty" of something. Raidho can drive certain "paths" within people or entities. Sowilo and Fehu act kind of like the fuel for something to take place, and can be generally used.

If you know of the specific situation, the rune for promoting this directly could also be used. For example, if the situation is about securing love, then you would use Gebo to strengthen its manifestation.

On a waning moon, you could use Ansuz to remove, or also use Isa or Nauthiz to block or atrophy these other possibilities. More aggressively, you could use Uruz or Thurisaz to destroy it.

So you can see there are many different methods and possibilities here. Think about the approach you want to take, as well as the astrological conditions available to you.

yeah the doubts exist because im not sure what would be the best type of energy to use in this case, if I want to "destroy" certain possibilities, or "guide" an alternative, I will need to read the runes in-depth and see whats the best, but I do know that the energy I raise will be to prevent/cancel the thing I dont want to happen.

one thing im not entirely sure though, is black magick really necessary here? lets say there's no interest on my side for a negative outcome to happen.
