Third eye question

I am confused about focusing on the third eye in meditations, is it the extension of the 6th chakra that I should focus on or the clairvoyant point, the area in the middle of our forehead depicted as a miniature sun?

It’s both. The Chakra in the middle of your forehead. After doing the vibrations, meditate on it for some time.

The third eye is the extension of the sixth chakra, which is where the third eye is in the picture below. You can focus there.
