Stumped at my options.

I have been doing everything within my power on a physical and spiritual level to maintain stable employment while also working on my spiritual advancement, and studying and trying to look into better employment. Recently I have been hired on to a fairly decent manufacturing company, and they seem to offer next to no leniency with any sort of flexible hours, same is the case for many jobs here in the united states. I have to be the one to drive since my wife has seizures, and be able to take my wife and son to doctors appointments.

My employer would have a problem with me taking myself to doctors appointments some days, or my wife and kids who have appointments. Literally told me that with a doctors note, I would still be wrote up for an unexcused absence.

What the fuck is a man to do, when he has loved ones with any sort of disabilities who depend on him and workplaces who won't offer any flexibility for hours? Along with most holding it against someone for having to see a fucking doctor, or getting an illness and can't show up?

To top that off, imagine having very strong technical skills, talent and strong intellect, but being declined and hearing like nothing back from 30 to 40 job applications? However I'm so close to just telling the next person who tests me to go fuck themselves. I've worked myself into the ground, studied until I've reached complete exhaustion, fought to overcome chronic congenital illness, just to be fucked over by non-accommodating workplaces and low wages.

I know I'll figure something out, but I am absolutely enraged, how is anyone even surviving out here? You say you have disabilities, and they fire you. You can't work? The government would just let you die in the streets. I know this from experience... I was so sick 5 or 6 years ago and couldn't work. Went to apply for disability, always was denied. I then decided to carve my way forward, and years later, this abysmal job market is really fucking me over.

May the Gods guide us to victory because this current world is a fucking joke. I don't mean to rant or bring my issues to the table. I just don't understand how someone can work themselves harder then ever, and just get fucked over repeatedly.

I wanted to tread back to this post and just way while I still don't have a solution to what I'm dealing with yet, I want to mention to remember to always confide in the gods when you are doing everything you need to be doing and they will let you know some ways forward for you in a multitude of ways. The situation we are dealing with may appear dreadful, but it will be alright in time.

Don't get me wrong, it can be hard to maintain one's composure when confronted with a multitude of things. But we are all in this TOGETHER, and all of what we do here with the rituals and pushing back the enemy is bearing fruit and will continue to bear fruit for us in many ways that we may not currently be able to see.

Things and solutions come to us in time and we must always have faith in ourselves, the Gods, and Satan.

This is very harsh on their end and not even justified unless your job has a central importance in the overall process. Normally (wherever I worked before for example), if you had to take some time off for your needs the employer would never have anything against it. But if you are in United State, I get the sensation that there is a very "oppressive" work culture in there, in the sense that people are expected to work like robots to strict deadlines everywhere. This might be the reason for this abnormal attitude from an employer towards someone (and his family) with medical issues to deal with.

If at all possible you could try to book the appointments at times that are outside your working hours (but I doubt this would be possible unless you work a morning or evening shift), or take days off from your paid holiday of you get such.

Yes it's really fucked up and I'm very angry about all of this.

I only get a small amount of hours of paid time off yearly. This doesn't even kick in for a few months, so I've got this job through a temp agency and was hired on to this company.

It was my only choice unfortunately.

The process has been lengthy and the work is demanding. But I really don't have any other options for leaving currently.

I have been actively applying for work from home jobs in various fields as I have an office in my home I want to use for a career I can do from home. Along with just any jobs I can find that are not very demanding I have had no call backs and only declines, even after touching up my resume, working on my technical and computer skills for about a year.
Unfortunately things have not been going the way they need to go. I have been doing wealth and health workings in constant rotation for the past 2 years. I am hoping something gives soon and I achieve some wealth through a flexible route that this manifests through.

Brother, you are confident in your knowledge and skill, and this being a technical field, you are also self-taught from what I understand, constantly striving for better and fighting and protecting and loving your family. Do not be afraid to be more "aggressive" in your resume, or to "touch" it a little bit more. Make yourself to be as an "indeclinable" offer, because I think you deserve this and these unethical companies hire other people who are not deserving as you are in heart and spirit.

I believe with a work from home type of work in this, with a better approach in your resume, so to say "exaggeration" of your resume, can work. Now, the world is what it is, and I want to say something helpful to you truly, no matter how this is seen.

Be brave, it will be better in the future, don't let this eat your heart and hopes. You are doing life very well and manly.

I will see what I can do to touch up my resume a bit more and highlight my skills.

I am just a bit taken aback at how many companies act like they can do whatever they wish, here in the United States. I've been a citizen my whole life and strong on ethics and just experiencing first hand how unbalanced it is, and how many companies feel they can just push people around and the workers will take it, is absolutely unreal and enraging to me.

Truly the only way forward is us Spiritual Satanists rising to wealth and glory so we can have our businesses and our wealth in the respective industries and nations we each are accustomed to, all the while setting a new ethical buisness standard moving forward.

Looking at things as they are this appears to be what will be necessary to rectify the deep imbalance between workers and employers.
