Hello there , I got one thing that I am not clear with and I probably said this whole time the mantra in the wrong way

AHH-UUU-MMM ٠ H-RR-AH – AH-MM ٠ H-RR-EE-MM ٠ H-RR-AH-UU-MM ٠ SAH-UUU ٠ SUUU-RR-YAH-YAY ٠ NAH-MAH

so do I need to say it exactly like HP's Maxine says it or , like at the H's it sounds like HAR , isn t that right ? Beside that at the beginning do I say AUM or vibrate AHH U M for 1 second I am not clear with this and I feel like I ve been doing it wrong the whole time , I don t really know how can I see if my mantra works or not

You should follow the MP3 by HPS Maxine as closely as you can.

Practice it until you can follow the vibrations. You could even record yourself doing it and compare your vibrations to the example given by HPS Maxine, keep going until the way you vibrate is like she does it.

There are unusual sounds there, which is why HPS Maxine provided the audio, so you could take your time and learn the right way to vibrate them.
