My dad is a bastard and he's the kind of guy you really hate. He's always pressuring me, always saying he hates me. He's mentally ill and he's even on medication, but of course he doesn't take it.

Anyway, that's not the point, I just wanted to give an example. I've been used to this for years.

Recently it has become more intense and I want to do a binding spell. I think it is an enemy attack because it affects everything.

I don't know what to do, how to do it, I go to bed extremely late and get up extremely early even to meditate. Can you give me a simple but effective spell?

I mean a spell that has powerful runes and doesn't require me to repeat it too often.

For any spell given you will need to repeat daily for at least 40 days.

For binding use ISA.

This is just one rune and one style of working that could work.
