Hello.
I do not know why it is so; perhaps it affects me subconsciously... I am a very sensitive, emotional and vulnerable person, and my mother told me (previously before. And especially during quarrels) that I do nothing - I just lie, sleep and eat. Now I’m embarrassed to say once again that I’m hungry or want to sleep - I start to feel guilty and it feels like I’m doing something criminal. I began to dislike being seen sleeping. I even go to bed now at the very last moment... Please give me advice - what should I do to get rid of this?

Hello. Here are some useful tips:
  • Set goals. You need goals to live. Life is not just about eating and sleeping. Choose 2-3 areas of your life to work on and set long-term goals, then break them down until you have daily tasks. There are resources online and AI chatbots can also help you
  • Do housework. It's not your mother's or anybody else's job to do chores. If you live under their roof, then you need to help out. You can pick up slowly. For example, dust your room every day. When you have to eat, make the table. When you finish eating, get your stuff (and maybe your parents' stuff as well as a thanks) and do the dishes or set the dishwasher if that's their preference. Offer to take the rubbish out. Offer to do the shopping sometimes.
  • Find work. If you don't work, you need to find work, as your parents are not responsible for you as adult. It should be a crime to rely financially on family and not look for a job (let alone put any serious effort like some people I know). Find what you like and work toward it. If you can't do it now, find some menial job to do first or start a viable business. For tips on viable businesses, read MJ DeMarco's books and subscribe to his Fastlane forum. If you are studying at university or similar, you can still do some of the aforementioned stuff and also take responsibilities within your university clubs and societies, as those experiences will help grow as a person.
  • Take care of yourself. Taking care of yourself encompasses eating well, having a good hygiene routine on a daily basis, and exercising your body at least 3 times a week for at least 45 minutes, depending on the intensity of training. Your mind also needs care, so learn something useful and do introspective exercises!
If you start applying some of the advice, your mother will be happier with you. Embarrassment is not useful unless you do something about it. Since it seems like you are in the wrong here, you need to up your game. We are humans, not of the enemy; so parasitising is not an acceptable behaviour. When a mother complains about their children doing nothing, they're usually right and you will realise that growing up.

As for spiritual things to do, a working with Thurisaz and Sowilo will make you more lively and able to live life more appropriately.

Don't feel guilty of sleep or eating, because that is not the cause of the problem and will only make you feel worse. Your mother was saying that you appear lethargic or lazy to her, which seems to correlate with the water element-based characteristics you are describing yourself with.

It is not the fact that you eat or sleep that your mother is frustrated with, but what you do with the energy you gain from these activities. If you improve upon your personal competency, then this helps you "earn" the food and sleep that you consume.

In addition to what Stormblood said, you need to start improving upon the functions of your lower chakras. It is these chakras, and the planets that represent them, which reduce your susceptibility to negative subconscious programming, improve self-esteem, improve energy and discipline, and so on.

What are your spiritual capabilities? You can immediately raise Sowilo or Nauthiz energy to improve this, plus Mars entering Capricorn presents a good opportunity for gaining such characteristics.

Regarding your specific subconscious sensitivity, this is due to a lack of earth, which acts like a shield for the soul. However, all energies of the lower chakra protect the self in their own way.

None of this will change overnight, so please give yourself some patience and self-love, but also start working on the solutions here.
