Post: Hey there guys, thought I would try the new service out in this instance because it involves serious details.
I received a sum of money (interest free loan) from a government scheme in my country for education. The last installment of this money went to my mother to help her buy a car as that same year, her original one broke down and cost her a lot in peace of mind. The new car she then bought, we found out from a mechanic; had been scrapped potentially even from after an accident (there was evidence it was involved in a serious accident, potentially someone died inside it)
The shop that sold the car was quite far away, the guy rushed us once were there and in general it was a very stressful day for her on top of how it ended, I later realised the actual moment the sale occurred was during a VoC moon.
Somehow, within the months after this my mother got the attention of a legal group who tried to challenge the case for us, we managed to procure the documents detailing how the vehicle sold to us was faulty along with some other things and they would fight it for us, taking their fee from the shop. About 2 months ago the situation with this has changed and soon they are probably going to have to charge us the fees instead, in the event of pursuing the case.
On the legal level, it's more than likely that we'll get the money back but the degree in which we have to work might make it meaningless in the end, which I seriously hoped wouldn't be the case.
I am thinking about doing a runic working involving reidh and tyr, but was also concerned about the circumstances surrounding the VoC moon on the date of the purchase. Would this affect my chance of winning this or is it moot? I once read in the news where I live about a jewellery store getting robbed once and they were never caught despite a strong sense that would've been unlikely- VoC moon.
What suggestions do you have for this situation? It's the first time I've ever dealt with something like this, and it pisses me off in too many ways. My impulse is to just turn it off in my mind and keep moving forward but that wouldn't be right, my mother deserves better.
