Hi all, is it advisable to increase the lenght of yoga asanas if I'm physically -temporarily- unable to do some of them (i.e. inverted asanas and rock pose for KY)? I'm still at the basic "5 breaths lenght" for all of them given I can't do the full routine? Should look for an alternative routine?

Yes, it is possible to lengthen the session, but without overdoing it. In this case you can also replace the Asana with another or change/create a new "Program" until the problem is resolved.
