they say this is a very dangerous and brutual placement of all planets in between both the nodes and all the planets which are situated in between these two nodes do not function effective ..in this case what should one do regularly??these kind of planetary placements also brings all sort of problems,mishaps and sufferings in one's life ..so what should one do??

That is ridiculous, where are you finding this?
Everybody's planets are between the nodes unless they're exactly conjunct.
