Question #2867: yoga

The same way you walk, but without losing weight.
 
This is an exercise which will give you stronger muscles and more flexibility. It will make you even stronger and healthier. It will not make you lose too much weight.
 
Do hatha yoga because it is slow and steady.

If will you do kundalini yoga which is fast and generates a lot of tapas(heat) where one goes into sweat it would definetly will burn fat.
