when doing raum meditation do u also need to do inhale and exhale??how do u inhale and SIMULTANEOUSLY vibrate Raum??YThis is very much IMPOSSIBLE for me?

You need to do the Foundation Meditation until you understand how to do Breathing in Energy.

You vibrate the RAUM mantra as you are exhaling, and as you inhale you see and feel all of the light and energy filling your body and becoming brighter.
