I'm doing hatha daily, but my blood pressure started being high lately, and had ocassional palpitations. Should I halt doing hatha yoga for the time being? I exercise with the classic exercises, like push ups, squats, etc. Should I try other exercises? What would be reccomended for helping the heart and lowering blood pressure? On diet, since I saw my high blood pressure, I ve changed it here and there, lowered the intake of salt, I do not drink alcohol, sometimes I do drink juice, but I m not making an abuse out of it. I smoke, and want to quit, but I couldn t do it yet. I m not obese, 180cm height with 83kg I think it s pretty alright. Thank you very much !
