what happens when we don't frtr??? Do the gods get mad or something? it happened that I slept without doing it and also because I didn't feel like doing it and ended up doing a bad job

No one will punish you for it. However, doing FRTR is a very important thing and if you want to change this world then you must do it.

It is possible that you have a problem with self-discipline. Here you have magic work that will help you:

You did a bad job because of whatever reason was behind it instead of not performing a reverse torah ritual. It could even be that you self-sabotaged because you think that by not doing a ritual you are a failure. Which is not true, but what we think is important and will affect the reality around us.

The gods are patient and understanding. I don't think they would get "mad" if one couldn't do one due to personal responsibilities but I do think their would be a degree of disappointment if one puts away our collective responsibilities for some mundane/unimportant reasoning.

The danger of not doing FRTR for protracted periods is just the enemy layering general curses, or just not unbinding enemy curses from whenever (although as HPS Maxine said, most of the latter are removed within a week of doing it - not ALL, though).

Missing one isn't going to do anything and the Gods aren't angry, but it is obviously better to complete them. Doing one a day, or at least one every half-week, is optimal.

If you feel tired or demotivated raise energies with SATANAS and program it to raise your energies in a healthy, safe and protected way.

The standard to be set is to at least do 1 FRTR a day, because of the obvious: the enemy never rests and the influence they have on Gentiles doesn't get weaker without us.

With that being said, missing a day every now and then isn't going to, "invite punishment," from Father and the Gods. They're incredibly understanding, as long as you don't miss doing rituals for any extended length of time because at that point, a sense of disappointment might be there.

But even then, you can always redeem yourself by getting back on track, and doing them every day. And just moving on. If you still feel bad about missing rituals on any given day, it feels good to do 2 or 3 rituals the next day or next couple of days; like recovery homework.
