Question #1811: two questions and sorry for the text

How do I know if it's my intuition or my ego ( laziness ) talking ? I'd like to know for any situation but I'll give a brief summary of why I'm wondering. Yesterday I came home and it was very hot and sunny ( not my favorite weather ) and I started to feel an anguish in my chest and bad feeling ( remembering that I'm used to this climate and it doesn't affect me as much as it would affect someone used to the cold climate, they usually feel bad ) and I refused to go out again yesterday, after this tiring week I managed to rest now this weekend, had a good night sleep and everything, only that I made an appointment with a friend of mine ( not something desperate, but I would help her to clean her new house, which is a little bit far from mine now ) and I was excited about it, but today I woke up and the anguish started again and the feeling that I shouldn't go then I started thinking about it and everything was getting blurred, I don't know if it's my intuition or laziness cause it's very hot and sunny and I wouldn't like to go out, well I've been out to do many things when this weather was worse than it is now, well I felt a little laziness but not what I'm feeling now ( it's something really distressing ), my city is a little dangerous now and it's practically empty on weekends ( it's a small town )
I tried meditating to try to get rid of my mental confusion but it didn't work, I talk a lot with the gods and father Satan ( sometimes I think they wish I would be a little quiet LMAO ) in the middle of my conversation I mentioned this and felt the bad feeling again, I'm usually more open to receive signals than before, could this be a confirmation?
