Hello everyone.
This post is about something I realized, and I hope it can be helpful or make others think about it and share their insights if they wish.

There have been two occasions as of late when I was engulfed in "negative thinking". One of them had to do about a personal decision for my future (and the uncertainty that this entails), and the other was because of a song talking about a "nation enslaved", which is something that personally makes me very emotional.

I became very sad on both occasions, and I was crying a lot, talking to the Gods and begging them for some kind of guidance as to make things right, some kind of hope or vision to a brighter future, some kind of answer to ease my mind and heart.

I did not receive this "vision to a brighter future", but instead I realized something much wiser and proper.

To start off, I noticed that both times when I became so sad, crying and had all this negativity in my head, even if I stopped thinking about it, and even if something good happened later in the day, I still felt this "negative vibration" (for a lack of better words) on me. Cleaning my aura couldn't get rid of that. It felt like it was more internal.

I have also felt a similar "negative vibration" with movies or shows that show gore scenes, people dying and so forth.
I have also felt this when people do a mistake and then talk badly about themselves. It feels like some kind of vibe or a sparkle, for just a moment.
Someone may also say something like this for fun, but I still feel the same thing, this negative vibe.

I could easily understand how negative thoughts affect our mood (and even make our immune system weak), but it's the first time that I have actually felt so clearly this negative vibration, and it wasn’t just through negative thinking, but also through movie scenes, and small talk that someone may say for "fun" (to ridicule themselves or others) or as "self-punishment", but thinking that they're doing this lightly. There's always a negative vibe in these things, and it's always the case that someone never says these things only once, but they do so often in their lives.
I also believe that words (in our native language, not just in Sanskrit!) have power as well, and any one word can be carrying a spiritual and emotional imprint. So I believe it is proper to choose them wisely, especially when talking about ourselves, but also when expressing ourselves to others.

I have found all this very fascinating and interesting.

Second thing I realized is that this negativity doesn't help me in any way and on the contrary, it can prevent me from acting.
Instead of focusing on someone else’s pain, or in the uncertainty and doubt that the future may hold, I should instead focus in my own power, do workings to solidify certain things, but also keep fighting through my own ways with whichever means my soul can perform the best.

It is of no use to focus on the pain and sadness, but instead focus on the solution and the power and knowledge that we have to materialize it. Even if at times things seem hopeless, have faith and keep fighting.

I hope my own experience and realizations can help others who may be in a similar place as me.

Also, I would advice all my Brothers and Sisters in Satan to use good words for themselves, even if we make mistakes and errors. Words are very strong spiritually. I also don't want to tell you not to watch movies with gore scenes, as I may just be oversensitive to their energies or something, but it is important to pay attention to what you're watching and how you're feeling about it. We know that this is all acting and special effects, but oftentimes, things affect us and we don't realize it at all.

This is very true. Only words can be used for magic too. I was reading the other day a book from Dejan Lucic, he is Serbian occultist and political activist, he was writing about how in a village people hated this one man. The people from the village, because of their bad intentions for the man, started telling him how sick and weak he was becoming and starting to look. He died shortly, because these words stuck in his brain, that he is becoming sick, ill and weak, even tho this was not the case in the first place.
