Here I’ll tell you about how to use a music to influence on your subconscious.

All things are having their color gamma, vibrations (music) and also smell, taste and etc. As well with human’s psychic – it has a certain color scheme. All this relate to 12th house of natal chart. I think.

To make human happy and healthy, music must sound in resonance with his soul, with his fleeting desires. If human has depression, then he will think that sad music will be the most beautiful. While in his inner gaze will appear beautiful imagery – imagery of nature, streets, flowers, animals, etc. And will have happiness, goosebumps and etc. It is catharsis phenomen. If music do not according with soul, mood, then imagery will be gloomy, ugly. And human will have physiological response – anxiety, hands twitching… May be head ache. It is caisson.

That’s why no need to listen the music randomly. It is harmful, making disharmony.

(It is good to choose not only music for arththerapy, but also painting, poetry and other)

In order to determine, what music must be listened first, you need to make Luscher test, that says what mood of human. For this you need to choose 8 colors of the next colors: black, brown, grey (minor colors), red, green, yellow, blue (major colors, more happy). Every color marks certain thing. The color that was the last after choosing, will say about what quality you don’t have. For example, if red, that determines energy, will be last, then it means that you need more energy. If first color will be black, then you need depressive, dark music in start. And because of every music has different color scheme so you need intuitively choose the right soundtrack to have maximum catharsis.

In common I need in one séance of music therapy 20 soundtracks, where 10 – minor colors and other 10 – positive soundtracks that reinforce positive emotions in life. From the start im making Luscher test, looking on photo, what emotion in my face and listening my self on what I have a mood. After this I listen to music, and imagining story of music to have maximum effect by closed eyes in comfort pose. After this I recording in special deary what I music listened and what I had effect (caisson/catharsis/noting).

After a month of séances and during of month, I saw cases of strange inspirations, like the world is really becoming beautiful, like he was in childhood. Common work is looking beautiful in this times. When human feels his mood, that he knows what music to have, he is curing by this music.
As more séances human makes day by day, then bigger effect of catharsis, that you feel even energy in your body.

Caution! Negative emotions will exit in you in a powerful way not in reality, but also in a dream, what can end sadly. It is better to make séances, especially for Satanists, that are being attacking always by the fear 1 time in 3 days or may be better 1 time in 5 days. If to do it every day, then fear can become uncontrolled. But dreams of happiness and happiness in reality are increasing in many times by the way. May be it is even better to have a month weekend after regime of music therapy, but with deleting by music therapy a negative emotions that are appearing during this weekend.

You need to remember soundtracks to know intuitively, what to choose. Also you need to have all list of music in some program or web site to make the process in a comfort and effective way.

(Note: I have not separated soundtracks on good or bad, because everything depends on circumstances. Also I have not separated soundtracks on jew or nazi, because every music have certain planet parameters, so this music can listen all normal people if it is harmony and beautiful).

Because of some people will be tired, have headache and will be disharmony , then I infuse to listen classical music that are coming from hard computer games, because they are most beautiful. And they will work in start. If you feel caisson, then you need to listen it only 1 minute. If you feel during listening of music smallest catharsis (goosebumps) then you need to listen it anyway to the end.

Here I describing my experience of séances of musictherapy. But it is possible that it will work for you too. The principle of curing from negative emotions is next: we are unblocking the soul by negative music, and then we reinforcing happy mood by happy music of bright colors

Séance N 1, First day.
I had headache, was hard to concentrate, bad mood, and it was my first seance. That is why I listened negative from the start

Wanted to add something to this post.
Thanks for the approving of the post.
This list of music is not common. It is experience of the best composers that i ever knew, where i was trying to find the best music among their compositions. Pure feelings, without silly stereotypes. This music list is approaching for almost every type of people im almost sure in it. Because even if human's planets in natal charts are weak, have bad aspectation, every human have anyway his Uran, his Neptune and Mercury. That's why every player in computer games is able to become the best in game by copying moves of the pro-s. Same things happens in real live.
Why peoples mostly using pop music? Which is weak. Because they are nervous and they wants to just muffle their disharmony soul.
For musictherapy it is not so important to meditate. For really nervous people it is possible to not sit down, but also to stay while listening for music.
I hope that this post and music list will be classic for all seances of musictherapy and it will be approved for the JoS meditations section one day.

By the way enjoying music helps with the head chakras like the 6th chakra, third eye and crown chakras.

I once experienced a very beautiful and most blissful experience almost like I had an orgasm from my upper chakras and pineal gland when I was listening to my favourite anime's opening. This anime was very emotional, romantic and beautiful so when listening to the opening I felt those rush of emotions as well.

Heroes of Might and magic soundtracks is bliss to my meditation sessions sometimes. My father bought the 3rd game for me when I was like 4 years old. Great memories, I used to play with him day and night on turn-based mode. Brings tears to this day those moments.

I understand that what was written was probably from a translator, and it was a little hard for me to understand.

I would like to add that, whilst music may promote certain emotions, and helps you express, that not all music is perceived the same by everyone.
I understand that through being exposed to the same kind of movies a lot of humans share the same feelings towards the same music. After all the soundtrack makes a move scene, or a tad bit more recent, a video game, feel much more alive.

I would like to elaborate on what I mentioned just now, that not all music is perceived the same.
An example for me would be Für Elise. It starts out cheerfully. Yet it is placed in the theme [Brown (Sadness, Nostalgie)], later the sounds grow darker, and it seems as if tension rises, if I am not mistaken.
Personally I would not place this song in this category.
Perhaps you have memories linked to this music piece, that change the emotion perceived.

Just as if a happy song was played during the funeral of your beloved. That song will forever have that memory attached to it.

Perhaps I am mistaking or understanding something. I'd like to know if that is the case or not.

Some music are combining different feelings, so some red music will be black. I signed that some colors are dark. It is important to find the original of composition, the idea of composer. Because many people do not understands the idea of music and then they are changing the tempo of music, for example... which is making disharmony in music like here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfF0zHeU3Zs&ab_channel=Rousseau . This music must be slower. It is same happining with some remixes and others changings. The performer must completely to transfer the idea of composer.
What the story i imagining when i listen this music "She was just a little girl (or better woman), that was dance and had many friends. She was just a little girl..." In the book, that i presented, other composers affirmed that this music is brown mostly. And by they way, when i thought that i sad, this music made for me catharsis if i remember right.

Memory has a little role here. If it has.

I said that dark music for those people who connected with negative emotions will listen mostly negative music because they are looking for them more bright then even pasodobles. By the way if you have clear sky at summer, it will making you depressed a bit. You will say "No! Everything is not like this!!". With fury.
