Hey, brothers and sisters.
I have started working projects again.

I am working as a copywriter. I just got a new project recently which is a blessing financially. The client is very sweet, professional and great to work with.

I have been managing my time perfectly recently and getting so productive with other areas of my life as well.

Right now I am supposed to start working. But then it dawned on me. This feeling of extreme self-doubt, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, trauma surfacing, anxiety, etc.

Logically, there is no real reason to feel all this. I just feel so afraid that I won’t create satisfactory or rather perfect and A+ work. Especially since the client is generous financially even on her tight budget.

I was trying and was actually confident until I had to get started and I feel so critical towards my work.

I have started and written some stuff but I can’t help but feel that this work is worthless and ugly despite me still not finishing, editing and reviewing it, which by then it should be okay.

I really don’t understand where all this fear and self-sabotage is coming from. Especially, since I was okay and doing okay recently.

I do have a tendency to be self-critical especially towards my work and wouldn’t want anything less than absolutely perfect and stellar.

Does anyone have advice?

Taking a step back to see d we here this coming from is good. Also it seems like you may need to ground yourself brother. I’d recommend using earth breathing(safely of course) for this. Also if you are lacking motivation or need determination set in, I would recommend the rune Sowilo. The affirmation you use should be direct and appropriate to your situation, but that is up to how you would like to use it.

I know this sensation.

To produce the best of myself and stay respectful, I need to feel I have serious and competent character in front of me.
If this person is too "perfect", humble or strong... I have a bad resentment and can be false and disrespectful leading me to the "imposter" syndrome.
It's difficult to deal with that.

Maybe there is a planetary opposition between you, then you feel instinctively that your client is naive, she is a prey... triggering a basic predatory mechanism.

Could you detach yourself from your client and think to another motivating profile while doing the job ?

This is a very interesting topic; in general, impostor syndrome, I believe, is part of not completely eradicated attitudes within the consciousness. It's something like a mental belief that you are not so good, that other people see you the same way and evaluate you the same way as you do yourself. That is, knowing your own shortcomings, limits of growth and competence, you tend to underestimate (in the case of such attitudes) your own strengths, and also believe that other people will a priori see right through you in matters of your competence.

In fact, this is not true. If you are approached as a professional, this is already a very good indicator, and people came (you attracted them with your aura) precisely to that level of competence, perhaps even less than you have. They don't know about your pitfalls. Your pitfalls are only your own subjective problems. The other side of this issue would be the lack of programming oneself regarding the “ease” of money. That is, if you have a mindset for a certain amount of effort/quality of your work, and suddenly you get more, your mind may sound the alarm. Use hypnosis and affirmations.

As someone who has also dealt with texts in my life, I will say that the most important part of the work is perseverance and maintaining a consistent plan. Inspiration is a developed skill. You can sit for weeks and wait for “inspiration” and never get it, but once you sit down and write a few paragraphs, your brain will switch to the desired mode.

Thank you.
Yes, what you said is very accurate.

I was going through some type of anxiety attack when writing this post. I feared I wouldn’t succeed as I have a lot of important things on the line.

I left it be and prayed to the Gods and my Guardian did what I had to do of duties from the day and prayed to Father Satan and my GD for comfort and strength.

Next day I finished the project and delivered it early. I also got my sign from father Satan when I woke up I looked into the amount of traffic I got. It was 666. So I am thankful to the Gods for being beside me always.
