i wanted to know how much time each day you spent to learn deep trance. An indication that could be useful for the beginning of a serious practice. Thank you.

Any indication of time regarding progress in meditations may reflect badly on someone. Even if it is a much higher goal for your current power, your subconscious can set limits for you when you reach that goal. Believe me, there is no need for this.

Some souls are more prone to this. Water sign group dominant souls
,those with a specific history. Don't limit yourself.

In addition, communicating with the gods several times one-on-one increases all our perceptions and abilities.

Just a tip: you can practice trance when going to sleep. So instead just trying to fall asleep, trying to fall in trance instead. And I never succeeded with this but I guess one can than fall asleep from this trance, maybe even having a bigger chance for lucid dreaming.

I found that for its success it is essential to have a "penetrating" mind and therefore a capacity for concentration rather high, definitely a not common peculiarity.

Training your mind to concentrate it's not an obvious skill, and one has to train it.

Initial practice can be frustrating, but over time you will be very satisfied with yourself; entering trance will no longer be a problem.

I advise you to focus on the state of concentration and relaxation of the mind, through meditation on the void, pranayama, and meditations aimed at developing visualization concentration, such as those of purification, protection, and the "foundation" one.

When I first started taking meditation seriously, I even found that with intense practice of the meditations listed above, a light trance state is naturally induced. Furthermore, not having a prepared and strong mind, trying to enter trance I systematically fell asleep.

some links:

it is not the time you spend, it depends on time of practice and on your mind's skills; it can be 10 minutes for a strong mind, or an hour

it's individual, it depends of you, every result is based on your will

I rephrase the question.

Do you think that in trance training every day I should only stop when I have run out of mental energy or have reached the trance state and made progress?

Is there a minimum time to train every day and maintain your progress even when you have little time?

Trance extends mental energy, because it refreshes the mind.

To answer you, there is no set length of time. Go with what you can each day if possible. Some days it might only be a brief trance, some days it might be an hour or more. When you are in the trance, enjoy it, and maybe do void for a bit, then do another meditation, or feel things out in your soul for what you might need to do or work on. Visualize your GD's sigil, or Satan's sigil.

Trance is lovely, enjoy it :)

I suggest also getting into a trance before every meditation and spell. It truly benefits them. In fact, it's optimal to do everything in a trance if you have a safe space where nobody will interrupt you and where you have enough noise-cancellation (you can also buy headphones for noise cancellation). Any sound is really painful when you are in a trance.
