FRTR giving me anxiety

You do it 9 times.
Try doing it 6 times. You most likely feel anxiety at the fact of doing it so much.

This happens because you are connecting to the enemy energy in the letters. It's normal i get it too and can also happen if one is not properly disconnected at the soul level from the enemy. This is why we must clean afterwards.

I got extreme anxiety attacks at first then i did affirmations and munka to disconnect from the enemy in everyway. It got much better
Never happened to me. And I don't think by reversing the letters we would be connecting to them. Using common sense that doesn't make sense. Why would we be connecting to the letters when we are doing exactly the opposite what the jews are doing, effectively nullifying their aleph-bet.

What reverse torah rituals have done to me have been positive liberating experiences.

Having anxiety as a result can be explained by many factors, but not necessarily solely by doing the rituals. Having enough energy raised before rituals and being clean and protected by consistent efforts go a long way. Matter of fact, it would be better to not do these rituals in great numbers before one is established in their spiritual routine. Doing otherwise is pretty much asking for trouble.

It is most likely a reaction from the enemy, as they do whatever to make you stop. As always, make sure your AOP is strong and you are clean. Clean after the RTR.

In regards to sleepiness, this has to do with people exhausting themselves. Exertion increases as we put more effort into generation of energy for rituals, but some people have a stronger innate vitality than others.

I didn't do AoP till now because I had fears and intrusive thoughts surrounding it. However I think I'll do it now with AUM SURYAE

This is a dangerous mentality to have because it leaves you wide open for attack, especially if you are doing spiritual warfare. Always do the AOP. It is your primary defense against everything, when programmed accordingly.

If you don't mind me asking, what sorts of fears or concerns did you have about it?

If you are more airy in nature, then make sure you are working on your yin side. This means taking time to feel and sense energy and the changes your magic has made.

Both yin and yang are required for powerful realizations to happen, as shown by Eihwaz. Without the yin side, our energies are unfocused and dispersed.

People with higher degrees of water strongly sense energy, and therefore have a better opportunity to control and apply it, given that they also possess the necessary willpower (yang energy) to do so. Both are necessary.

I have a little bit of trouble visualizing, where if I do, I'm afraid of visualizing grey or black energy and hurting myself. Its ridiculous but controlling my visualization is a bit hard at times due to OCD

You mean focusing on the energy buzz? The tingles right? Wim hof gives a strong one. I plan to reach 3hours wim hof as a long term goal.

So the pronounciation of the Jewish letters is backwards? And that reverses it?

Thanks! Hail satan
