Malability

So if you had followed this guide on ectoplasm and had been using it this part shouldn't be a surprise.

There's the colors and then there what I call “puffs”. The colors are more 2 dimensional but as you silence your mind and treat the colors as real objects they turn into puffs which have a 3 dimensional view because of the depth to it. Later on your room or wherever you practice will be filled with puffs thick as a fog. You can manipulate the puffs however you want the more it responds to you the deeper you level of silence.

Can you toss the puffs across the room like a ball?can you stretch it with both hands, can you play pingpong with it, can you build a snowman replica of yourself with it? These are just some examples of malability as a form to test how far you've progressed.

Once you can do the above you can reach your hand out and grab any of the cloudy ectoplasm observe it to try to see what's inside. At first you might notice strings, bubbles inside of it what it's trying to do is to form something because you're staring at it. Could be an object, place or even a face. The more you focus on the thing being formed the more realistic it will become but remember to experiment with the different gazes (focused and wide) when looking at the cloudy form of ectoplasm.

At some point if you stop focusing on anything in particular and keep your mind silent the ectoplasm colors will “bleach” out and start to look more white but not fully until eventually it's swirling around the entire room it can be as bright as a light bulb. There will also be this misty darkness swirling around ik contrast to the whitish ectoplasm it difference in a sense that it gives off a kind a pressure like when you an object is close to your face. Whenever the darkness shows up it usually makes it easier to advances faster.
