can i Consecrate and Empower Ritual Tools on a new moon?

I received a chalice, and im afraid i have missed a full moon on the 27th
Im new, and I need to empower and consecrate my chalice and a few more items, because i am planning to do the standard ritual on the 22nd of december but it states that it needs to be done on a full moon.

any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!!!!

It's very nice that you have a chalice I couldn't find one at all when I was new.

You can consecrate it during the waxing Moon in Aquarius or Pisces, those dates will be better than the new moon. Some things are great to do during new moons but for this, waxing is better.

It's used in rituals, but you don't need one. You can just imagine/visualize using one at the step where it says to take a drink from it. It is allegorical for working on the chakras. The chalice symbolically represents the chakras.
