Breathing in energy from the earth

The best way is to put your hand on the ground or your foot on ground and breathe into one of the two one way I tried a long time ago is to put my chin on my knee with my foot on the ground then I breathed into my foot then to the top of my knee then into my chin then into my desire chakra wich was all seven wich caused a warm glowing aura around me you can have shoes on or even put something on the ground if you like however you breath in the earths energy it's more stronger if you do through your foot or palm
