I have performed a number of ceremonies over the past few weeks. Andrew, Amon Ra, Ares. and since then I have had a terrible headache. You have to miss work all day. but I keep getting suggested rituals from the Gods. Yesterday, after I bathed in the mirror, I saw Ganesha, who is Janus to us. I can rest because I can't stand the pace. I never had a headache before. thanks for the reply

There are many things that can cause headache's, one of the most common one is a stiff upper body, the shoulders in particular. Doing yoga or exercises to loosen your shoulders and upper body could be very effective.

The causes of headaches can be different.

Usually, the head should not hurt for a long time.
If you have a headache for a long time, you can take a headache pill.

Also, a headache can be caused by dirt on glasses that calluses the eyes, or pain in the eyeballs, since the eyes are part of the brain, I mean, maybe you need to relax your eyes and then the headache will go away.

I think you have a closed seventh chakra, the thing is that an open seventh chakra lets energies flow like a fountain, you don't get a headache from power fluctuations in that case. This is what concerns the first moment.

Another option, you can deliberately direct bioelectricity from the brain down the body, or out of the body.
