I'm getting tired of the pill popping and the almost uncaring attitude of "just keep taking your medication" during the visits to my Doctor.

There are two runes in particular for healing but I'm gravitating towards the Wunjo Rune. It's description is binding with healing of the mind and body. Thurisaz is the other healing rune which directly heals in white magick section. Finally, Blitzkreig, mentioned Urus for healing in one post that I searched but that rune shows no information on healing. Though he states it heals in an organic matter and has it's own merit to heal.

1. I'm wanting to use Wunjo as it's the most logical, is this a good rune to use? Binding of healing Mind/Body.

Wunjo x88 - Affirm: x9 "The energy of Wunjo fully heals me of schizophrenia and psychosis forevermore in a positive and best way for me."

2. Is that affirmation good? Should it be "...fully heals me of every mental health problem..."?

3. "...heals me..." or ...is healing me..." - Is it that I want it to heal me for good and done. Or a continuous process of "healing".

Heals me and Is healing me are both Equally effective for affirmation. The Nauthiz rune is also very good for healing mental health issues.

Since you are working to heal trauma of higher chakras, I would also suggest using the rune Berkano along with Wunjo. Adding Sowilo can help as well as it would increase the effectiveness of the other runes in the mix.

Other than that, you need to actively clean and heal each chakra in multitude of ways, maybe even using Reverse Torah Rituals on them, one by one. All of this might take years, yet, it is achievable with consistent and persistent work on your soul, mind and body. Since there is also a physical component, yoga asanas and Kundalini Yoga Kriyas should not be neglected. Actually, the more limbs one uses of the limbic system, the better the results are.

Do not forget to utilize Demons' rituals for all-round positive outcome along with everything else.

The working itself is a continuous process and transformation, but magick works based on the principle of realization. Therefore you raise and direct the energy, affirming it has healed you. The visualizations of this can show the process, but the end goal should be feeling and focusing on what you understand as a healed mind. Maybe this can be seen as a negative energy exiting you, leaving a glowing positive mind.

Regarding whether you want to focus on every mental health problem or not, this depends on what is a higher priority for you. If you use a conditional statement like "the best way", this leaves the working open to address whatever symptoms or behaviors may be troubling you the most.

I agree with the replies above, and I want to add that you should repeat this for an amount of days that is a multiple of 9, since 9 is the number of ending things. I suggest 36, but you may need to increase it.
