Is there a way to get the gods’ help losing weight? Any physical tips anyone can give me for things I can do to strive toward that goal? I’m 42 and my metabolism has slowed down significantly!!

There are magickal workings on the JoS available for this. Also, eat less calories than your body consumes daily. It is a physical impossibility to not lose weight if you eat less than your body consumes.
I would also say don't go too extreme on this end as well, such as excessive fasting or too minimal calories which will actually destroy your metabolism further.

If you eat too little, your body get's "scared" and tries to hold on to your fat stores because it assumes you've suddenly run out of food and thus tries to optimise for survival.
---------

1. Brainwash yourself into wanting to take your health seriously by deprogramming any thoughts that would impede your progress into deriving pleasure from the difficulty itself. This just makes the whole thing much easier.

2. Periodic fasting can help, but I wouldn't do this too long. However, fasting itself can rapidly increase HGH (growth hormone). So it's nice for a quick boost at the very least. And don't eat at the same time everyday, or your body will go into homeostasis. Which is bad if your goal is currently weight loss.

3. Don't eat carbohydrates unless you're doing bodybuilding/weight training. Prioritise fat and protein based foods. Eat eggs, fish, liver, raw milk.

4. Consume pro-biotics or fermented foods to improve gut microbiome which is the most important pillar of your metabolism due to the gut-brain connection as well. Goat kefir, kimchi etc.

5. Fasted exercise (literally just any exercise before you've eaten your first meal) will massively boost weight loss compared to once you've eaten.

6. Best exercises are either high intensity or low intensity. Such as sprinting, or walking long distances—ideally both. Such as sprinting-walking-sprinting-walking.

7. Ideally, train a muscle to failure but less days and more recovery time. You'll develop less size in terms of muscles but far superior strength. I've also found this approach to be more efficient but it depends on the person.

The order of the hierarchy of overall contribution to optimal health:

1. Light environment
2. Water contents
3. Magnetism
4. Food/Nutrition
5. Exercise and Sleep

Also, Psychological Health and obviously meditation.

Adapt the above to your preferences and see what works for you. As not everyone will have the same results. And obviously, consider any pre-existing health issues.

I went on the weight loss link and it was a meditation for weight loss, but it required I go into a trance first. I’m not trained in that, so I’m gonna have to teach myself, and I assume my environment has to be quiet. The problem is, my neighbor is a truck driver and about 2 weeks out of the month he goes outside and leaves his loud truck motor revved up really loud bc he has a fridge in his truck he has to keep powered up. The noise, I’m afraid, will be too loud for me to try to learn trance, so will it be ok for me to use headphones and maybe find a recording of some white noise to listen to while I learn trance?? I really need to get this weight off!!

Yes, you could use headphones. Though it depends on where you live, because living in a dangerous area means you have to be aware of your surroundings.

It's not necessary to go into a trance, but it will make the working far more effective.

I always thought that it was all about calories, and calories surely are a big factor, caloric surplus and caloric deficit and all of that, but I realized that what you eat also plays a big role in losing fat. Reduce processed sugars and you will speed up the process significantly and it will be easier and more effective all around. This is my experience, I'm not an expert or anything.

Maybe try the meditation to lose weight too.

With the meditation, am I supposed to do the affirmation in my head or out loud? I can’t imagine it’s out loud bc I’ll be in a trance…

Eat smaller portions and knock off the snacks, with the exception of healthier alternatives. My snacks are garlic stuffed olives. Above all else knock off the carbs, stick to Paleo or Mediterranean diets. Keto works if you stick to it.

This is absolutely true. Start actually eating real food and cut the processed junk, and you're gonna lose the weight.

1. Exercise daily before you eat or drink anything other than water. It makes it easier to lose weight this way.

2. Do the trance with the 15/30 Minute Meditation CD (on Satan's Library) on headphones. Use the white noise part with headphones if you don't want to be disturbed. Fans and other constant noises can help here to block out sounds.

Saying the affirmation but loud during the trance is more powerful than in your head, but in your head is fine, especially the deeper you go into trance. Bear in mind the blue energy can speed up weight loss, it won't totally violate the laws of thermodynamics. If you're eating 3500 calories daily and not moving, you're not going to lose weight. Don't use the wrong affirmation with this - IN A HEALTHY WAY, always. Disease causing weight loss will ruin.

Do an additional affirmation like 'I eat healthily in a healthy way' to program your mind through hypnosis.

3. Do a strict calorie count of EVERYTHING you eat AND drink. Any recording or study of calorie counting shows most people, even intelligent people, cannot process what they are shoving into their mouth every day and they don't even note these down correctly. Yes, if you eat a quarter of a cookie or drink half of some Coca Cola bottle or something, still DO THE MATH to put it down. Otherwise, you are lying to yourself.

4. Eat more filling foods and prioritize nutrition. Liver, Vitamin K2 MK4, fish, etc. Many fat people overeat because they feel like they're never nutritionally satisfied.

Age is merely a number. With the plethora of information available, it all comes down to one' s will to take action.

You could start out a workout plan along with a diet regimen. The important part here is to strictly abide by it. Meaning 3-6 months at least to begin seeing any positive weight loss results.

I can explain you how to shed excess fat, it is actully quite simple.

Human beings are hormonally driven. Whenever you eat, your pancreas detect blood sugar / glucose and excrete insulin.

The worse your metabolism, the more insulin restiant your cells become, and the more insulin your pancreas need to flush you with, in order to be able to process the glucose.

Now some facts about insulin.

- Whenever you have insulin kn your blood, your body is on „fat storage mode“. You will store fat, and it is impossible to lose fat.
Type 2 Diabetics can not lose fat because of this. Those people already produce ALOT of insulin, but even this is not enough anymore, because they have become so insulin resistant.

- Glucose spikes, also produce Insulin spikes. So avoid glucose spikes, because tgis way, you will gain much fat.

- Glucose spikes, also lead to Mitochondria dysfunction. Your Poor Mitochondria try to process the glucose asap and over work themselves. They become weak and sick.

-try time restriced feeding: eat for a time intervall for 8 hrs and fast 16hrs. During the fasting period, you Drink water. but no calories.

-Avoid breakfasting within 1 hrs after waking up, and avoid eating 3hrs before going to bed.

- When you breakfast, avoid foods with high contents of carbs. You are actually more insulin restiant after you have woken up. This has to do with the circadian cycle of the human being. (24h genetical cycle of Humans)
Instead, eat much Protein, this helps you to tap into anabolic mode.

-Try to sleep full 7-8hrs

- Eat whole foods, avoid processed foods, junk food etc. Sugar, pasta, flours are all highly processed foods. Avoid them. Pasta/flour lead to a high glucose spike. Your gut absorbs the powders very quickly, which causes glucose spikes, inflammation, starvation of your Healthy gut bacteria , and so on.

- before having your meal, have a salad, with acid. So a salad with vinegar or Lemon Juice. This is decreasing the glucose spike by ALOT. -> Less insulin for the same food -> you gain less fat -> you lose fat more quickly

- Omega 3 Fats also help a lot with weitg regulation and normalization. Try to have fatty fish 3x a week. Salmon, Hering, Mackrele.
But even not so fatty fish is very beneficial, and you will reap effects.
Avoid fish oil tho, many are loaded with toxins. (Not Cod liver oil tho)
Strive for 1:1 omega 3 to omega 6 ratio

- Workout. Go for a run. MOVE YOUR BODY.
having healthy muscle is impedant and very important. this also helps your mitochondria asfuck.

- Prolonged water fasting is very beneficial for your metabolism. You will tap into ketogeneis (buring your fat for energy fuel), autophagy (rejuvination of all your bodycells, brain restauration, increased levels of growth hormones (for men after 48h 20x more HGH) and many more.

Everything I mentioned above, is working to better the human metabolism. By doing so, your weight is also going to the optimal range.

Much body fat, is destroying the matabolsim. By fixing the metabolsim, you also optimize your fat content.

If you have any questions, hit me up.

I’ve been doing the blue energy visualization, everyday for about a week, and I’ve lost about 3.5 lbs in past 4 days!

I don’t know what happened, but the pounds stopped dropping, even though I kept doing the meditation everyday, for several more days. But today, my mom did tell me my waist and legs looked like they were getting smaller, and that’s pointing to the meditation, bc I’ve ordered out a lot and gotten zero exercise. So for a couple of days I was like it stopped working now I’m like no! It worked great!

I know by ordering out and not exercising the only thing getting smaller is possibly my pocketbook, and maybe my body from this meditation, luckily enough, but I have taken people’s suggestions to heart and I’m ready to start buckling down. I’m gonna start by breaking my fast then having a salad for lunch and then a sensible dinner. Ordering out never helped anybody

Awesome! Just keep in mind that physical action is also required, you can not rely solely on meditations.

My advice would be to use solar energies, as these stimulate the digestive fire, which increases the quality of output of what you do eat, but also cleans the existing fat, which is like debris sitting in the body.

A weak digestive fire creates both laziness and cravings. Here we see people literally have an aversion to a piece of chicken, instead desiring a sweet food, as the stomach doesn't want to spare much energy digesting something bigger.

Mars energies support this process, both in the form of our natal Mars or martian activities like exercise, but it is a supplement of energy, rather than the digestive fire itself.

Any inflammation or dryness will "coagulate" fat or glucose in the blood and make it harder to get rid of or more properly. Although not as high priority as solar energy, maintaining a healthy yin side will also help indirectly. Aside from workings with Lunar or Venusian energies, the activities associated with this include proper sleep and eating green foods, or calming exercises or pranayama.

It is important that you are not sabotaging your diet or making negative correlations with eating, as eating itself is not the problem, but rather unhealthy foods and their reception within the body (like having a strong enough digestion to handle it). If you read about Ayurvedic body types, you can search a proper diet plan that includes all food groups, just in proper forms for effecting a certain change.

For example, if you eat salads all day, you will feel deprived, but if you eat a light meat (fish) in a proper amount, this will support weight loss whilst keeping you feeling full and happy. With carbs, healthy carbs like sweet potatoes actually treat diabetes due to their chemical properties which strengthens digestion. This is the real way to combat sugar cravings, as opposing to eating processed chips or something, or trying to avoid all carbs.

So we focus on proper energy, not just restrictions, which can sometimes create rebounds or instability. Minor intermittent fasting is ok here too, as long as it can be done without problems.

Hey you mentioned in 1) deprogramming myself from the wrong thoughts. How do I do that? My two main issues are mental and physical; obsessive thoughts and quick expectations to losing weight and an increased appetite. I just started doing the 40 day meditation program for beginners this morning and for a little while, the obsessive thoughts weren’t so bad for a couple hours afterwards. But how do I go about deprogramming my mind of the wrong thoughts? I didn’t think such a thing was even possible!

You have to devalue the junk food in your own mind. See it as worthless/disgusting/that you have no need for it etc., because if deep down you crave it, you will always want to go back to your old ways when the opportunity presents itself. Using willpower actually makes it harder to break a bad habit. There is a PDF here designed to help you stop smoking/porn but it can basically be applied to any type of addiction or bad habit: https://easypeasymethod.org/

Understand, these "cravings", "thoughts", "feelings" etc., are all basically an illusion of the mind.

Whenever the thoughts arise, remind yourself it is all a bullshit effect of the mind causing you to want to satisfy sugar/dopamine cravings. The more you repeat this "devaluation" process, the weaker the impulse becomes as it is overwritten by your new programming. It's okay if you fail the first few times, but over the next few weeks there should at least be a greater distance between each failure each time you do capitulate.

u can just buy a device to measure your ketones, like that from Keto Mojo.

As long as your Ketones are above around 0.5 or 0.6 mMol/L you're burning fat.
