You can advance in the territory that the given God rules over.

As an example, for me, the effects of these rituals have been manifested as better understanding, and courage to fulfill my Satanic duties. They are also the best tool to pay back the Gods. Such as you ask for something and you can pay back them with doing their rituals. But you can also include them as a part of a work, or to boost a work. For example, you permanently want to get rid of a health issie, or strengthen your immune system or something like this, so you are doing a working for this with runes for example but you also doing Valefor's ritual after / before it.

Or you want to have a higher IQ so you do Toth's ritual. Essencially the goal is to connect your soul to them and let them transform you.

The benefits are numerous, firstly the meditation on the God's sigil afterwards is 100% necessary this connects you to the God in question for instance when I do Satan's ritual the energy I feel afterwards while meditating on his sigil is incredible you cannot skip this step. As for the energy of Satan it really goes beyond description not only does this gratify me emotionally to know that my contributions are helping but also through the ritual I am building a stronger spiritual bond with Satan himself the literal God of humanity, don't forget how much of an honour that is, few humans can lay claim to that and doing his ritual allows that for you to feel the energy of your creator which is a blessing your ancestors would have gladly sacrificed almost anything to experience.

On the more tangible side of things, its massively empowers your soul and raises its radiance after I do Satan's ritual I feel tremendously superior in all faucets of life, and it compounds on itself as the energy builds, it supercharges your spiritual progress in every way.

In my honest opinion if there is only one thing you can do per day as Satanist you should ensure it is the Satan's Absolution Ritual it provides everything you need to progress: power, cleaning, removal of jewish curses, connecting your soul to Satan and of course doing your duty.

The other Gods Rituals all provide benefits but they tend to be more suited to the sphere of influence of the God in question e.g Valefor for healing or Baal for raw power, Thoth for cognitive improvements but Satan's energy is what I would describe as complete it provides all of the above.

This is of course only to my understanding based off my experiences, others may know more on this than me.

Also dont worry if you dont feel the energy at first you need to develop to a certain level, the energy of Satan is the highest imaginable a certain degree of advancement is necessary to feel it but make no mistake your experiencing it and its helping you regardless of if you feel it or not so just keep doing it everyday.
