I just found a 34 page pdf on JoS that has like approx 25-30 RTRs on it. It took me like 30 minutes to do the reversal of Lev 22:16!! I reasoned that it would take 5-6 hrs for me to do the whole thing. Do I have to do each and every part for it to be effective? Which parts should a beginner do?
