The Dog in the Manger
A DOG lay in a manger, and by his growling and snapping prevented
the oxen from eating the hay which had been placed for them.
"What a selfish Dog!" said one of them to his companions; "he
cannot eat the hay himself, and yet refuses to allow those to eat
who can."
~We should not deprive others of their blessings, simply because we cannot enjoy them ourselves.~

Exercise for restoring proper blood flow
Cold hands & feet many people think this is a normal thing, so did I in the past. Yet it can have detrimental effects on your health in the long run. Receding hair line which is common for men also finds its roots in poor blood flow. Every aspect of your physical body is ruled by blood circulation, no blood flow = death.
Blood circulates oxygen & nutrients to every part of your body, once this flow gets disturbed problems will arise, eventually death will follow. A receding hair line is a good example here, it can be hard for blood to reach the scalp, poor blood flow = less oxygen & nutrients, also by-products created in and around the scalp will not be removed effectively. This buildup & strangulation of necessary nutrients will slowly kill the scalp & hair.
Blood flow is not the only driver, poor Bio-electricity quality/quantity & circulation also has a big influence here.

The exercise below has done me very well, I used to have cold hands & feet all the time for the majority of my life. While doing this exercise you may see instant improvement depending on the usage, permanent improvements may need months to years of consistent work. I permanently fixed the problem of cold hands & feet, however it took 6 to 18 months.
For this exercise I will take cold feet as an example, you can change the exercise to fit your needs.
Exercise:
1. get into a relaxed state, sitting or laying down can be very helpful especially when its your first time.
2. Clear your mind and actively take your consciousness to your legs.
3. Visualize & use intent doing the following:
A. Relax the muscles, letting blood flow uninterruptedly.
B. Visualize & "feel" the blood flowing through the leg, heating up the surrounding area.
C. Slowly move your consciousness down towards the feet & repeat the above.
D. To aid you can take something warm (like your hand) and put it on your feet to help understand what it is that you are trying to feel/invoke.
4. Do the above however many times you want in a row, overdoing this can however cause excessive sweating.

You are working with the energies (bio-electricity) while doing this exercise, one thing that should be remembered:
Where energy flows > Blood follows.
- Energy work, like restoring proper energy flow can be a great precursor to this exercise.
- The above mentioned problems can have many different causes, stress, poor diet & physical inactivity can all have a big influence on it, so I recommend taking a look at these things as well.

Greetings to you Blessed Family of the Gods, i wish to share something with you all. If you are one of those people who are still conforming or allowing your self to be put in a "box" so to speak, then it is time to stop. You see many know this, but some who are new and may not. The way society is structured, is to keep everyone down as well as keep power in the hands of a select few. They do this through religion, advertisements, political structures, you name it, all so to keep everyone either fighting amongst themselves which keeps them unquestioning and thus leads to them being so caught up in aggression that they never realize they are being played and controlled. Then you have the "religions" they use fear to scare those who are lack of a better word unintelligent and easily led like cattle, by stating that those who do not follow the lie that being "jewsus" or "jallah" that they will suffer for eternity. Then they also have these unfortunately unintelligent people giving all their money to them, knowing damn well that the cost of living is so high that others are barely surviving. this is a huge sign of the evil right here. Then we move to the advertisements, Brands brands and more brands. They prey upon people with subliminal advertising and the data they collect to not only create specific ads for people that they know will work, but to also use this money and funnel it into their malicious intentions for everyone. What i am getting at with this long post is that if you don't analyze things in your perception and become introspective that you too can potentially fall prey to this garbage if you are new and thus perpetuate the cycle of control that this evil continues to propagate. To finish this and circle back to the beginning, do not allow anyone to ever limit you with labels, anything that sounds like a label is part of the system designed to keep you conformed and thus this can and does subconsciously effect you to the point where you might even start to believe the nonsense others try to say to you if it is in a negative manner.
